This licence agreement applies to the Mynigma App for Mac and iOS (UK version for personal use), available in the UK Mac App Store and the iOS App Store. The licence agreement for the B2B version (commercial use) of the app is available here.
This End User License Agreement is between you and Mynigma UG (haftungsbeschränkt) („Mynigma“) and governs your use of the Myngima application (the „Mynigma App“) made available through the Apple Mac and iOS App Store („App Store“).
The „Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement“ („Standard EULA“) provided by Apple Inc. („Apple“), which you entered into when you created your Apple ID, is made part of this agreement. By downloading the Mynigma App you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Standard EULA, including the Mac App Store Product Usage Rules (‘Usage Rules’), subject to the amendments specified in sections 2 - 4 below. The Standard EULA and Usage Rules are currently (February 2014) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/uk/terms.html. Mynigma cannot guarantee the continued validity of this address.
The terms and conditions of this agreement (the „End User Licence Agreement for the Mynigma App“) may be changed at any time (for example, when an updated version of the App is made available).
Section (ii) of the Usage Rules is superseded by the following rule:
THIS LICENSE IS RESTRICTED TO PERSONAL USE. Use of the Mynigma App for commercial purposes requires a separate licence, which may be acquired by contacting: b2b@mynigma.org
This Agreement and the use of the Mynigma App is governed by German law.
