Mynigma is a new kind of email client that protects its users' privacy.
The program, currently available for Mac OS and iOS, encrypts messages exchanged between its users completely automatically. It is free for personal use.
Mynigma UG (haftungsbeschränkt) was founded in Juli 2013 by Roman Priebe und Lukas Neumann. Roman Priebe (30) studied Mathematics in Cambridge and went on to obtain a PhD in Computer Science from Oxford. He began designing Mynigma two years ago. He also works part-time as a freelance iOS developer.
Lukas Neumann (23) is studying Mathematics at Technische Universität Berlin and working on the business development of Mynigma. The team's mentor is Prof Dr. Roth, head of the group 'Secure Identity' at Freie Universität Berlin. It is supported by Profund Innovation, the startup spin-off service of Freie Universität Berlin.
