How we collect information
When you subscribe to the newsletter we use a double opt-in process to verify your consent for receiving our newsletter.
We store the appropriate data so long as it is needed to deliver the service you requested.
When it ceases to be relevant or you opt-out again, we will delete the information.
We use the open source tool Piwik to get an overview of traffic on the Mynigma website, and this tool may collect certain types of personal identifiers.
Neither Piwik nor we send this information to Third Parties.
Support via Zendesk
Mynigma offers its user support via a specialized support software, Zendesk.

Mac and iOS App Store
When downloading the Mynigma apps via the Mac and iOS App Store Apple collects data themselves. We can only see the number of download in total.
We use a CRM software from HubSpot for managing inquiries concerning the commercial use of Mynigma.

How we protect your information
We adopt a high standard of data collection, storage and processing practices as well as security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information and data stored on our servers.
Data exchanged between the Site and its Users is secured via SSL (TLS) encryption by default. You can check our SSL settings with SSLLabs's test.

Upon request, we will inform the user about all information that can be linked to him.

We do not sell, trade, rent or share Users' personal identification information to others.
